Le Maître is our "maison de maître" - hence the rather imposing name. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people, but we're also happy to accommodate smaller groups looking for a larger property. Completely renovated in 2021, Le Maître is a very spacious three-storey stone house with blue shutters. It features a huge L-shaped kitchen and dining room, an exposed stone wall and a magnificent original chestnut beam. The well-equipped kitchen features a stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and more. It's ideal for preparing delicious meals for friends and family. Also on the first floor is a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and TV (English and French programs available, as in our other two gîtes). Free Wi-Fi. On the second floor, there's a large family bedroom with two double beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom and a light and airy landing with a daybed - a perfect reading nook or, if you need extra space, a third bedroom (single bed). On the second floor, you'll find a large twin bedroom, another double bedroom with incredible beams and a shower room. The landing also has a sofa bed and a beautiful old-fashioned chair - a perfect place to relax or for another single bedroom. Le Maître has a private garden with patio and barbecue and superb views over our small pond. The garden is fully fenced.  Don't forget you can swim in one of our two pools (indoor heated by an air-source heat pump or outdoor heated by solar energy).
